Why has my account being suspended

    Good day. I'm trying to login to my account but all i get is login suspended. I'd love for this to be looked into urgently. I'm in the middle of something very important and i need my forms working as soon as possible. my login email is ronwilliewright@gmail.com

    Your account got suspended because of the "Begin Your Application" form is asking for sensitive information. As per our terms, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm.

    We need to delete the guilty form so we can activate your account to good status.

    If that is okay with you, please let us know.
