Form Disabling Email

    We received this email:

    "You have reached your JotForm payments limit




    It seems like you have reached your payments limit. Bronze accounts are limited to 10 payments / month. Your payment forms will be disabled on Wednesday at 12pm EST. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your payment forms stop working because you reached your payments limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your payment forms will be running smoothly again. "


    How will we know when our forms have been disabled?  Will the forms say they are disabled when people click on the link?

    If the forms are disabled because you reached the limits, then your users will not be able to open your forms. They will get this screen once the opened the link:

    I checked your account and I can see that you exceeded the monthly payment limits. You can upgrade to a higher plan to increase your limit or wait for the monthly reset. It happens every 1st day of the calendar of the month.
