    All forms in backend are blank

    Hay 

    I just wanted to finish some work on my forms. But somehow all my forms in the jotform backend just show white. I see the forms and they work in the frontend, but when i want to edit them they are all just blank/white. I also tried to create a new one but its also blank. Please check screenshot. 

    I hope you can help me on this asap, because we need to make some urgent changes on some forms.

    Hi there Beecomm,

    It looks like your session has expired or you are logged out.  I've just logged in as you and see that all your forms are there.  Try clicking Logout and then log in again, you should see all of your forms again.

    Hey 

    Thanks for your feedback. But this was for sure not the problem. This was pretty much the first thing i checked. I even checked on other computer. It works again since tonight when i tried again. This is the reason why it works for you now too.  I can't tell you how long this was, but i know the problem was for the past 2 days and i tried to login a few times. Even after deleting cache etc. didn't work. So there must have been some other problem. In the end it works now. But like i said it was for sure not session expired or anything like this. So i hope i won't come back.

    We have an ongoing database problem which might have caused this behaviour.
    As of the moment we are working on fixing this issue.

    Check if everything is working okay now:

    UPDATE 3: (3/6/2011 6am) Switch to new main database server has been completed successfully. JotForm is now faster than ever since we took this opportunity beef up our database server memory and CPU power.
