How to remove 'Please run the wizard' message?

Also you can find the text 'pleas run the wizard'. Do you know how I can remove this?

There is an empty field above the field "KVK- Nummer" that you need to delete from the Form Builder to resolve this issue. 

I removed this field on my cloned form.
