My form was working correctly until I had to change the recipient and now it's not being received. My company does not want to whitelist ip addresses for security reasons. How can I fix this? The Sender E-mail is already "email@example.com".
I've already changed the e-mail address to reflect the new recipient it's just not passing through to our mail server.
Oh, and it's not in Junkmail.

Thank you for contacting us.
I have found that you use Postini mail service. Can you please try to add the following addresses via "Postini Approve Senders" feature to see if that makes any difference?
You do not need to whitelist IP addresses since you switched to firstname.lastname@example.org sender (Amazon SES sending method).
You may also try something like, form -> @gmail email address -> forward from @gmail to your @domain mailbox.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
