I no longer need my account with JotForm and I would like to cancel it.
I will also need a reciept fot the payments I have made.

Actually I want to downgrade to free...NOT completely cancel.
I do still need reciepts for payment though!

Your JotForm subscription is now canceled. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
