    Hi, I like your tool.  Was wondering if there is any way to authenticate people before using your form tool with our campus authentication mechanism and then redirect to your site and fill-in information.  For example, if an employee authenticates on our site, we want to know who they are (name, title code, etc) and direct to a form as a post to your site, prefill known fields, have the employee add additional information, and then have the submit post to a database or a form on our campus that stuffs the information into a database.   thanks for your help.  Marina

    Hi Marina,
    This is a very interesting idea. Authentication is something you need to implement yourself.

    1. Pre-populating a form with known fields is possible. Here is an example for that:

    2. You can also get submitted data in your own database. Here is an example:
