Can't access ongoing support thread

    Hi,

    I have an ongoing support thread I can't access now that my username was changed.  Can you please grant access for this account?

    Also I have billing trying to cancel my account again as they don't see to know what is happening.

    It's a private thread under your old username. I have made it public. Please let us know once you are done there, so I can make it private again.

    The only remaining issue I see here is the credit of the remaining months of the Silver Yearly payment. Please send your reply to the original thread.
