Square receipts are not sent

    I have a Square Integration setup on a form I'm working on. After completing a registration (in live-mode). I am not receiving a receipt from Square to the field I have set for the Customer Email Field.

    Hi,

    I checked your mail logs and all receipts were sent to the email address. Please check the spam folder in your mailbox.

    Sometimes mail is moved to the Spam folder.

    Yes, I have a notification email and an auto response set up and both of those are sending. However, I am not getting a transaction receipt from Square.

    Square transaction receipts are sent to the first email field found on your form. For this form, the receipts should be sent to the value in Primary Email field.

    Please check if you have not accidentally unsubscribed from the automatic receipts in any of your previous square transactions. If you have unsubscribed, simply follow this guide to re-subscribe and your transaction receipts should then be automatically sent to you.

    Thank you, I tried a different email and did receive the email from JotForm with a link to the receipt from Square. Is there any way to edit the styling/language of this email?
