Is there a widget or something else that could contain the whole list of 500 options, but make it easy for the user to find their option?

Hi 

We want to be able to identify when someone lives in the catchment area of our hospital and then use conditional logic to push information to them based on this information.

There are approx 500 suburbs in the surrounding area and approx 35 are in our catchment area.  Is there a widget or something else that could contain the whole list of 500 but make it easy for the user to find their suburb etc?  We would also need to use conditional logic based on their responses.
