I have created a form using a template that I changed. My account says I don't have any forms.

I did check your account and found that you have a deleted a form which is under "Trash" folder. Are you missing "Sewing with Wendy Registration Form" form?

I would suggest you to please restore your deleted form. Please check the screenshot below on how to restore deleted form:

Please ensure that you do not click on the "Purge" button which is next to "Restore" button. It will permanently delete the form from our system.
