Could someone please change the date tool to provide dates up to 2022. We have expiration date fields on our application and it currently only goes up to 2016. We need this as soon as possible as we are receiving applications with the incorrect expiration dates and it is severely slowing down our process as we have to contact the candidate for the correct information.

Okay, I'll submit a ticket to have this corrected. Thanks for informing us about this.

Hi, in addition to what abajan already did, -- if its an immediate requirement, its much better to have several options. You may want to check this one also.
I added a dropdown field instead and populate the option with the needed years data.
I resize the dropdown width to 55px.
Then, I injected all of this CSS code on the cloned form of yours
This is the result test form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23357525684966

It seems I made a major blunder (my apology).
With my suggested resolution, it was pointed out that you will not be able to submit the form if the original 'year' of the date picker field is hidden and not filled-in. I realized this is correct. I did not submit the form the reason I did not foresee this initially.
Simply put, it will only work if the date picker field is not a required field and only the 'dropdown' year is the required one.
So much for my attempt of wanting to look the year field as original as the real date picker. =)

We've implemented your request. Birth date picker's up limit has been extended.
