    paypal redirection after succesful payment

    I have read everything I can find on this site, and on the PayPal site, but am still unsure as to what happens after a user completes a payment (donation in my case) on the PayPal site.

     

    On PayPal, if I enable Auto Return, and enter a URL, the user will be redirected to that URL automatically after completing a payment (according to PayPal, if ueser does not have/use an existing PayPal account to pay, then they must click on return to original page instead).

    Somewhere else, it says that the auto return URL will not overrided the information in the originalbutton/link "The Return URL will be applied to all of your Auto Return payments unless otherwise specified within the button or link for that Website Payment."

     

    So the question is, does Jotform send information to PayPal as to where to send the user after completing the payment, as part of the ridirect to PayPal.  If so, does this point to the Thank you page I have set up on my form.
