Editing a form after it has been circulated

Asked by guest_23372837167056 on December 03, 2012 at 10:52 AM

    Hi there,

I have sent a URL to my form out to a hundred or so users and they have begun completing the form. I now want to edit the from slightly based on some of the feedback I have received.

I need to make one small change to the form, but I'm worried that by doing that, I will alter the URL of the form, which I have already circulated to users. Which would mena the URL they have will not work and I'll have to send a different one, confusing everybody.

Can I edit the form without having to circulate a new URL to users?

    Thank you!

No need to worry. Editing the form will not alter its URL in any way. However, do NOT delete any fields via which you have already received data, unless you have backed up the said data. Otherwise you will lose it. (The form builder normally warns about this but I still thought it wise to let you know.)

If anything is unclear, please let us know.
