Several people who have tried to "adopt families" through are page are reporting that they arent able to. I tried to submit a trial page as well and mine didn't go through... it just froze.
How can I fix this?

This issue had something to do with your Payment Field. As I've cloned your form then remove payment "My Product" field, I was able to submit successfully. I would suggest you to remove product field if that is unwanted field.

Additionally, if your form requires payment from your users, you may need to complete the Stripe payment module's integration, as it is currently incomplete.
To go about that, select the payment module while editing the form, then click the Wizard icon to finish the integration process.
