Downgraded to free plan, but I was charged today.

    I cancelled the silver plan and downgraded to the free plan on Aug. 26th.  I was charged today. But when I went back in it still said silver plan.  What did I do wrong?

    We have refunded the last payment of the Silver plan. Your account is back to free plan. Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
