Showing multiple fields with a condition

Asked by justadream21 on December 03, 2012 at 05:42 PM

My conditions to hide or show an item when a certain value is checked in't workng.

    In the "pregnancy history" category

Have you ever been pregnant? If yes is the value, then drop down box ""how many times have you been pregnant" should appear

If you select the #1, then

    Pregnancy #1 outcome

    Pregnancy #1 date

    Pregnancy #1 gender

should show... and if you select the #2 then

    Pregnancy #1 outcome

    Pregnancy #1 date

    Pregnancy #1 gender

    Pregnancy #2 outcome

    Pregnancy #2 date

    Pregnancy #2 gender

and so on... but unfortunately this only works for the value 6 - why?

You need to set up conditions like this:

If 'how many times have you been pregnant' = 1, then show 1st pregnancy fields AND 2nd  pregnancy field AND 3rd pregnancy fields etc etc.

    Please review this screenshot closely:

You do similar for the 2 pregnancies and so on.
