Slow in downloading uploaded files

Hi BDAVID, we have the same issue here. It usually does not take this long. But maybe it is because we are based in Australia? The files are downloading at 3KB/s :\

I believe you are referring to this user account (Napiers).

We are currently not experiencing any issues with downloading uploaded files. I tested it and I was able to download a 1MB file within 5 seconds.

May we know if this is happening to all of your forms?

Please try using another browser just to check if the issue is still present. If it is working fine on another browser, then I recommend you to clear the cache of the non-working browser.

I cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
