Hello, JotForm Support Team.
First of all, I thank you for the great service and support even for us with free accounts.
I'd like to report an issue that has happened every month. At the beginning of each month the sumission counter resets to 0, but the forms continue to be disabled.
I appreciate if you could solve this issue for good, so I don't have to bother you with the same issue every month.

Your account seems to have been reactivated. I have informed our developers about the recurring issue as well.
Hopefully this gets resolved before the next month approaches.
