How to remove branding from my account?

    hello 


    I pay a lot for jot form per year but you'e putting ads on my forms? Can you tell me how to remove it please?

    Hello, 

    Go to your settings page ( https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings ) and uncheck the undermost checkbox called “Jotform Branding”.

    I have checked some of your forms, I could not find any ads in your form now.

    The problem seems to be that one of my users o the account set up a form but it seems as though its set up under him as a user not under the original account. Can you help?

    Yes, you can let us know the forms which are under the sub-user account and we shall help you by moving those forms in your main account.

    Hello Andrew,

    Apologies on any confusion. We can only transfer the form per it's owner's request. Right now I can see that your sub user owns the form in your question. Please advise them to transfer the form into your account manually or to post a new request to us. 

    The form can be dragged into the shared folder of your account and it's ownership will be changed automatically. 

    To create forms under your account directly, please advise your sub user to click on the shared folder with your username first and to create a new form then. This way new form will be created under your paid account. Here is a guide for more information: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
