Need help understanding the pricing packages.....

For example, with the Silver package, it says you can receive 100 payments. That seems really low for such an expensive package. Is that per month or per year?

The submission limits shown in the pricing page are per calendar month.  A Silver subscription would allow for receiving up to 100 submissions per month that have payments processed through an integrated payment processor.  Those limits reset on the first day of each calendar month for all users.
