My form is giving an error "Error during transaction This transaction cannot be accepted. Please go back and fix this"

    Are you referring to your JotForm https://www.jotform.us/form/82108845289163 in your account? Generally, this error occurs when there is an issue with the API keys used in the integration. Could you check if the API credentials are correct and copied to the form? Please check if the same credentials are working normally on another form.

    Hi Kiran,

    Thanks much for your reply. Yes, I had cloned a form from last year, but we had regenerated our API keys since then. Forgot that each form stores the key separately so if cloning an old form and the key had changed, the payment section in the new form needs to be updated with the new key. I have it working correctly now.
