Unable to transfer form from one to another account.

    I created this form as a guest and now that I have a sign-in I want to add it to that sign in

    I did check your form #81804019784158  and it seems to be in your account with username "PICSANAN".

    Please refresh your "My Forms" page and you should be able to see your form.

    Thank you for checking. Yes, I see that one, but I am trying to also link
    the other form that has the same numbers without the PICSANAN in the url.
    So I would then have 2 forms under my account.
    The reason is, I created a form : https://form.jotform.com/81804019784158
    as a guest and when I wasn't receiving submissions, I realized something
    was wrong. I then created account PICSANAN and cloned the form, but when I
    tried to change the link name, it would not let me.
    To reiterate I would like the two links in my account:
    https://form.jotform.com/81804019784158
    https://www.jotform.com/PICSANAN/81804019784158
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Also, the form you're referring to is under an account with username: PICSA.

    We can move that form, if you wish to your account PICSANAN.

    Thank you. Yes, can you please move the form from PICSA to PICSANAN. That
    would be great help. Can any submissions be moved? or has there not been

    Yes, forms can be moved with submissions.

    I had a certain difficulty in doing so, so I will forward this to our backend team for further checking.

    Hello,
    Just following up to see if it was possible to move over my submissions and
    merge my PICSA Account with my PICSANAN account? I don't want to miss any
    submissions and my event is on Monday.

     I have just tested and I was unable to move the form over. The ticket has been already passed to our second level and our developers  will investigate the issue further, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    Okay,If there is a way to email me those submissions, and have all future submissions forwarded to primeraiglesiacristianasa@gmail.com?
    It wouldn't be a problem having two accounts it's just that I'm not receiving the submissions via email from the PICSA account, nor can I login.I would be fine to have both accounts and forms open.  At this point I really need access to submissions from PICSA account. Maybe that could be a workaround as opposed to merging both accounts.
    By the way, can you please check the spelling of the email in the PICSA account. It could also be that I am not receiving submissions because that information is not correct.
    I am receiving all submissions on the PICSANAN account  which is working great.
    Thank you for your time and help just trying to find a way to work around merging accounts which seems to be difficult at this point.

    Upon your request, I have downloaded the submission excel of your form and sent an email to you. I also checked the notification email alert of your form and found that it is set to send submission email to your email address Primeraiglesiasanantoniosa@gmail.com.

    If you are not receiving submission emails, we can create a report and share the URL with you. Do get back to us if you want us to add a submission report and we will do the needful. 

    We will wait for your response.

    Okay, I see the problem now. I must have entered my email incorrectly on
    the PICSA account. That would explain why I am not receiving submissions
    via email for that account.
    If you could please resend spreadsheet to the correct email:
    primeraiglesiacristianasa@gmail.com
    Also, if possible, can you please update my email in the PICSA account to
    primeraiglesiacristianasa@gmail.com. That should resolve my issues.

    Hello,
    I do apologize for the inconvenience. I found a work around and managed to
    login to the PICSA account and access the submissions. So I do not need
    the excel file emailed to me.
    I did try to manually update the email on the PICSA account, and because I
    have a second account with the same email, it would not let me. So we can
    just leave the email the same.
    I think this resolves all my issues, so unless you can have 2 accounts with
    the same email, no further action is necessary.

    Thank you for updating us. We appreciate it.

    With regards to making your two accounts to have the same account email address, I'm afraid that it is not possible. Our system checks if an email address is being used by an existing account before it approves the email address to be used by another account.
