What do I need to do to get started with Jotform?

I signed up with Jot Form on Tuesday. The individual who is attempting to build out our forms has told me before she can do anything, I need to go online and create an account? I thought that was done.? I have a user name and password. What do I need to do to get this off the ground?  Brudasill
