    Hi, hope you're having a great day?

    I am just finalising a very indepth form I am building using jotform. but for some reason the page breaks are now working or some of the rules are not reacting exactly how i hoped they would.

    firstly I want for my form to have a break, but when viewing on the site the break doesn't seem to be working. I am referring to my form named "refined business form" in my forms

    the first break should send the visitor to the new page after they have sent the vital contact information. the sections sections asks them what services they use. if they click yes on the service then the collapseable window should open so the client can fill in the field. would i be right in thinking that the page breaks don't work if there are rules bonding the two sections together? this seems to be the case on my form.

    Hi,

    One immediately complication I can see in your form is the useage of both the Collapse field and Page break field on the same form. Using both this fields will sometimes cause instability on the form.

    May I inquire then if initially removing the page break field (just to test) -- will make all the other things on the form work as intended?

    Will await for your update.

    Thanks.

    Sorry I don't understand what you're asking me to do? Test the page break?

    @nathan1

    Sorry but form collapse can't work  under page-break elements. You have to modify your field structure or like what my colleague means it is better to remove at least one of them either page-break or form collapse tool but since majority of them is form collapse I'd suggest to drop the page-break tool.

    Thanks!
