Why are some days on the Dates Reservations Widget blacked out?

    Some of the people who use our form have reported that they are unable to select certain days on the Dates Reservation widget calendar.

    We investigated this concern and found that some of the days are blacked out, meaning you can not select them. The blacked-out dates seem to vary from month to month and are different on both the check-in and check-out calendars (see the attached screenshot for an example of the October 2018 calendars).

    Is there a reason certain days are unable to be selected? How do I make sure those days can be selected? We want our form users to not be limited in the days they can reserve.

    The black or disabled date means that someone already picks that date for reservation. If you want, you can add a limit or remove the limit to it. Here's a screenshot guide:

    - Select the Date Reservation widget and then click the Wand tool. After that, set the Days limit to your own preferences then click the Save button.

    John, I tried your suggestion and removed the days limit by placing a zero in that field. From my tests that only allows users to select multiple days on the calendar.

    My issue is I need to limit the amount of days users can select on each calendar to one, one check-in date and one check-out date, but allow multiple users to select the same days if needed.

    Is there a way to do that with this widget? If not, could you refer me to a widget that will allow multiple users to select a specific date?

    Hello,

    Date Reservation widget is developed to allow only 1 selection for every day. You can limit the number of days for every submission, but there is no option to allow selection for previously booked dates.

    We have a Check In Check Out widget, which could meet your requirements. But, alternatively, I can suggest to use any other date picker (in a widget or regular format) if you want to allow unlimited selection for every date.
