    Why am I not receiving my email alerts?

    I have three forms on Jotform. One of them I created earlier and is working fine. Email alerts and auto-responses are being sent. For two out of three of the forms that I recently created, the forms are not sending the email-alerts or autoresponses, even though I have set them up exactly as I should. I even put Jotform's IP addresses on my email provider's white list. I do not know what else to do.

    Can you please provide us with each FormID so we can check further?

    The form titles are "Tribute Cards" and "Contact Us". "Contact Us" has conditions for sending emails.

    Your email address is IN our bounce list and I have already remove it.

    I suggest you to contact your service provider and ask them to whitelist jotmails IP addresses, guide here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    I have already had my service provider whitelist jotmail's IP addresses.

    Can you please remove the following email addresses from the bounce list? : mskar@casamsc.org, pnolan@casamsc.org, and lfirkser@casamsc.org ?

    lfirkser@casamsc.org is still not receiving the emails. Could you please check that this email has been whitelisted? Thank you.

    The other two emails, however, have been receiving notifications.

    I have checked and yes, the email was in bounce list , but I just whitelisted it, read below the reasons:

    lfirkser@casamsc.org is IN the bounce list
