The following piece of html code breaks my UI now and I am wondering if cal.gif is no longer supported since the image src attribute references it:

    Hi there,

    Yes it looks like that image isn't accessable.  Apologies for that, it probably happened during one of the recent changes.  I will let the devs know.  in the meantime, you can replace it using the following png file. (the form builder will do this automatically if you want to do it that way)

    Also, watch out, You don't have any space between the src and border attributes, ie  ...gif"border=...  That will cause an error in some browsers.
