How to send QR code once someone fillout and submit the form?

we are organizing a get together and instead of RSVP we would like them to come along with QR code which can be scanned to get the entry.

I can get thank you message but no option to send QR code.

You may use the QR code widget to the form. You may add some static text to the widget to generate the QR on the form.

If you want the QR code to be dynamic, you may consider using Dynamic QR code widget so that you may choose one of the fields on the form.
