i just spent 5 hours creating forms and now I'm told my account doesn't exist!!!?!?!?!?
My email is email@example.com
your welcome email says my usernaeme is peetermonaco

The account under the username petermonaco associated with the email
address firstname.lastname@example.org is active.
I was able to login and view the forms created perhaps the problem was caused by
the temporary database problem reported earlier.

Our database server started having problems today. So, we switched to the backup server. Unfortunately, the backup server is few hours behind. So, you might miss some data in your account. This is a temporary problem. Unless something else goes wrong, all of the data on your account will be restored by tomorrow.

UPDATE: All missing data should be restored now.
We are still slower than usual since we have not completed the transition to the new database server. I'll post more updates when they are complete.
