I set up an account today and created a form. For some reason I cannot log in AND my username and/or e-mail address is not recognized when I asked for a password reset. My username is capriiverson and my e-mail address is email@example.com.

Our database server was experiencing some issues so have we switched to the backup server. Unfortunately, the backup server is few hours behind.
