Why am I unable to log in?

    First, I tried to apply for the educational discount - you just responded with a generic answer, even though I have all the requirements. Because you didn't answer, I lost a promotion last weekend. Now I tried to pay the full price to test and I can't login anymore!

    Gives this error: "Login failed - Error on query: <br>Error returned:Duplicate entry 'efremfilho' for key 'username'".


    That's the worst onboarding of my life!

    I have checked your account and it seems like you were already able to log in and upgrade. Now, regarding the educational discount, I can see the domains, http://uniniltonlins.edu.br/ and http://niltonlins.br/ are not available. Note that without having a website to check we cannot verify the educational status.

    Thanks for the answer. I asked the IT support and here is the explanation. The URL http://uniniltonlins.edu.br/ is just for email - because of Google Education account they had to do this (Don't ask me why...). I have an email with @niltonlins.br if you guys prefer that.

    It's Ok to use the domain http://universidadeniltonlins.com.br/, I have checked and it works now. I would recommend you to submit the application again with the link I previously shared.
