How to copy forms to other accounts

A group of teachers are wanting to use the same form and they want to be able to have their students' responses just go to them.  I know you can let a teacher be a collaborator by sharing the link, but how does that teacher then make a copy of that form to use individually?  Or is there a way to make a clone of the form and then transfer ownership over to another teacher?  Each teacher will have their own account and they want to be able to copy the same form to get out to their own group of students rather than having one person be administrator of all the accounts.

The other teachers can just clone your form on their account. Cloning process will create a copy of the form on the other accounts.
