Getting a Bad Gateway Error on SUbmission with our form. It spins and eventually gives that error. We are in a little crisis with what we are attempting to do with this.

May we know if you have embedded your form into your web page?
I have tested a cloned version of your form and I was able to submit the form without any issues.
Can you please clear your browser's cache or use another web browser to test your form.
