How do requirements work for conditional questions?

Asked by VISTALeader on December 06, 2012 at 12:41 PM

Is it possible to make a question under a conditional question required? For example, If I ask "Which end of service award did you choose?" and the next questions are only visible if the respondent chooses "Segal Education Award," am I able to make those next questions required but not have them show up for people who would select "Cash Stipend?"

    Hi there,

The answer to your question is yes.

You can make fields required and hide them.

Here is a sample form. http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23405523378958?

All fields in that form are required.  however, there are times when a field is hidden.  If the field is hidden, you can submit without havnig to fill in the required hidden fields.

Hope this helps!  Let us know if you need furtehr assistance!
