PayPal Form: ruturn to merchant button is not redirecting back to Jotform

    Hello, I have Paypal set up with form and the Ruturn to Merchant button is not redirecting back to Jotform or anywhere upping completion of payment.

    Please contact PayPal to check the Auto Return function, probably it is not enabled in your PayPal account settings:

    Why would it have worked a couple of weeks ago when I first created the form then? I haven’t touched PayPal any of the times.

    FYI, like I said before, the redirect worked before and now it’s not. Never touched PayPal.
    I just tested, turned PayPal feature on which changed the PayPal verbiage to say “you will be redirected automatically and if not click here”, instead of the button which I had before that said, click here to be redirected to your Merchant site. Anyways, I was not redirected and nothing happened when I clicked link....

    If you set Auto Return function by following steps form this guide, and if it is not working I would suggest you to contact PayPal support as it seems that the issue is on their end.
