Import App: Does not show example for Excel option and instructions are for CSV only.

We use the https://import.jotform.io/ tool to import new people. We use the XLS format for this. The old set-up worked perfectly for that. Now however, the template suddenly is CSV format. Can we in any way change that back?

The tool should allow to import submissions from an Excel file, although I have noticed the Excel instructions in the Excel section are  referring to a CSV file. 

I would recommend you to try importing your submissions using your ".xls" file, I will also report this to our second level so the Excel sample and instructions can be displayed properly.
