Showing less entries

i have more then 3000 entries in my jot form but now showing less then 500? why?

You had a Silver monthly subscription and then you downgraded your account to a Free plan. The Free account can store up to 500 submissions and because of that, some submissions were removed from your account. Considering that you upgraded your account to a Bronze plan I was able to restore your submissions. You now have 6,432 submissions stored in your account.
