    Forms have not been forwarded to my email account ?

    Had a customer call me and ask why I had not replied to there request.  Why are they not being forwarded.

    Hello I see that you currently have 4 forms. Are you experiencing this problem on a certain one or all of them in general? If so could you please tell us which ones so that we can investigate this problem more.

    I've also discovered that you were on our bouncelist so I have removed it.

    Hi,

    Your email is not on the bounce list anymore so it should work fine by now. Can you please recheck?

    The reason why your email is getting bounced is due to this: http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&y=PROD_MAIL_ML&locale=en_US&id=SLN4382&impressions=true

    Try adding noreply@jotform.com to you contact list, this might help. Thanks!

    Plus you say I was on some kind of bounce list, what does that mean.
    Will my jotforms come through now ?

    Since Yahoo Mail (your email service provider) doesn't support white listing of emails, adding noreply@jotform.com to your contact list may help ensure that emails coming from us will not be blocked. Please note that there many reasons why an email is getting bounced, the article below will help you understand more about it.

    It should be. Please make an actual submissions with your form and check your yahoo mail. That should be working fine now.

    Hi, one of our volunteers is having the same yahoo issue. Can you please check to see if this email is on the bounce list, kathydrinkard@yahoo.com? I will also suggest to her adding noreply@jotform.com to her contact list. Thanks!

    Yahoo seems to have problem with accepting the emails where you set the from address. Can you try changing the email so that the From address is from JotForm instead of your own email address? That should fix this problem.

    The From address on the notification emails thats this volunteer receives are set to the standard JotFrom address. I only have the Autoresponder email set up with my the from address as my email. We haven't had any issues with the autoresponder emails.
