Login Suspended - part 2

    I got your response from the thread, but I can't get into my account to remove the fields (or the entire form) that you're asking for. My login is suspended. How do I do this. And please, don't send me to the other thread because I get an error that says Unauthorized Access.

    According to our Terms of Use, requesting credit card information on plain text fields is not allowed.

    As well, I recommend you to check our "Payment Forms" in order to find a way in order to collect payments without any violation.

    I have deleted the guilty fields, and I have also reactivated your account.
