I upgraded and got notification of a refund today...I still want to upgrade

    This is problematic because we have people trying to use Jotform today.

    Prior to upgrading to the Silver Monthly plan through PayPal, your account is subscribed to the Bronze Yearly plan. It created a duplicate subscription since PayPal doesn't cancel the existing subscription automatically. We have canceled the Bronze Yearly plan and processed a prorated refund for the remaining time you still have with that plan.

    Your account currently has an active Silver Monthly plan subscription and it will stay on that plan until you cancel.
