I was able to login and create the forms. I needed to update and could not login. Password reset is not sending the reset emails to my listed account.

You do not have an account here in JotForm. The email address (largebreedsandspecialneeds@yahoo.coom) is associated with a guest account.
Please create a free account and we will move the form (http://www.jotform.co/form/81906199596878) to that account so you can manage your forms properly.
