Our forms are taking too long to load on ipad

For the last week and a half our forms have been taking forever to load - approx 5minutes.

We thought it may have been because we were using the free plan.  I have now paid for the silver level plan and there has been no difference.

It is not a problem our end as all other web pages load quickly.

It is imperative that this is fixed because the slow loading undermines our need for the jotforms and we will be forced to go somewhere else.

I tested your forms in Ipad Emulator and couldn't see the same problem. The forms are loading speedily. I checked your forms if they have too many conditions but I did not see any condition in your forms.

There is no relation between the subscription plan and form's loading speed. If you have a Free plan that does not mean your forms load more slowly.

Please note that the load time for every webpage could be slow for several reasons such as internet speed, memory load, caching issues, network issues, etc.

I've also cleared your form's cache. If you have your form embedded in a website let us know the URL so we can check there.

Do note that, certain devices will have a slow performance due to limited hardware specifications, especially with large forms. We recommend using the latest Software versions and its hardware.
