Can I have a drop down menu decide what email a message is sent to?

I'm looking to create a contact form that has a drop down menu with different topics that will send to the appropriate department according to the selection, is there a feature for this?

Also, I am using jotform to create contact forms for others. Is there a way to set the main email address for the form? Everytime I tried to change the recipient email, it wouldn't end up sending to the right place with the test messages.

On the emails being sent to certain addresses depending on a form field selection:

yes, please review the relevant section of this user article for direction on setting that up.

On your 2nd query, can you please open a new thread for it and provide a link to where you have the form embedded? (if it is indeed embedded somewhere)

    Thanks.
