    Hi,

    It appears that you've paid for your JotForm Subscription via Paypal. To change your CC details, you should login to your Paypal account and change it there. This guide may help.

    I think I've misunderstood your question, sorry.

    If you've already updated your CC, then please proceed to our Pricing page to re-upgrade back to Premium. Unfortunately, your account was downgraded due to 5 days of failed recurring charges.
