I will be receiving less than 100 sumbissions per month, but i will probably receive more than 100MB in Mp3 files.
I use the jot form for submitting music to our label.
I want to receive track direclty to my FTP or dropbox withour using the free space i have here since it will run out after 10 sumbimission aprox. (each track is 8MB-15MB)
Is this possible? Or do i need to upgrade and pay 10dlls a month ?

You can enable FTP submissions on your form so files will be forwarded to your FTP as well but sorry to say it can't scape JotForm space limits. No matter what services your form is integrated to, JotForm limits is still counting as usual. I think you might consider upgrading to one of our paid plans to get higher limits.

Does it also mean that once 100MB have been sent through the forms, it will stop working?
Or does it mean the files will start to get deleted from oldest to most recent?
What will happen when 100MB have been reached in on month?

Sorry, I think I've forgot to mention the most important note here. :)
Actually, you can clear the upload space limits except for the submissions limits. To clear the upload space limits you have to delete submissions with files attached on it. That should free up some space but submissions counter will remain the same.
When you get overlimited, your forms will be temporarily disabled therefore it will no longer accept any user inputs since it will display a "form is disabled" notice. To have it enabled back you have to upgrade to one of our paid plans. Or if you don't like to upgrade your account, you can wait until the submissions limits gets reseted which will happen every first day of the following month.

if I understand your last answer, upload space is automatically set to zero every first day of the following month, together with submissions counter. Could you confirm please?
And if the upload space limit is reached, or up to be reached, do we receive, as an administrator, an email warning us of the situation?

Yes, that's correct. Upload space and submissions counter resets every first day of the month. Example, next reset will be on May 1, 2013.
Yes, you will received notification from JotForm if you're running out of quota. You will be given 7 days to upgrade your account to one of our paid plan for a higher limits, otherwise your account will be temporarily disabled due to over-limits.
