My forms have an error message that my account is inactive, how can this be fixed?

You have not setup your credentials in the payment field:

Please follow this guide to test it in sandbox mode if you want to: https://www.jotform.com/help/221-How-to-Test-Authorize-net-Payment-Tool-on-Sandbox-Mode

I'm only in need of gathering the information, I do not require a payment to be made through JotForm to a merchant account. This is just a form I wanted to use to gather their authorization to charge their account on the provided dates for the amounts specified.

I don't know what an API Login or Transaction Key is. Is this the wrong form for what I'm trying to do?

It is not possible to collect sensitive information, since it goes our terms of use: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

"Phishing. You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

So, when it comes to payment forms, and creating a "payment authorization form", this is only possible through our integrated payment gateways as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
