Problem with multi-line questions and Zapier.

I've found reference to similar questions but I can't see if this has been resolved already. I'm using a multi-line question but need to pass the individual field entries to Zapier. At present, it only passes all field entries as a string. Is there a way to do this easily?

I'm afraid that it is not possible to do so since Multi-line question is represented as one field in the form so it will work as one field in integrations as well. I'm afraid that the only solution is to break that field in multiple single fields if you need to integrate separate fields with Zapier.
