Conditions not working properly

conditions are working on forms and everything is good and then go back to verify and they arent

working.

I make sure I save. Is this something i am doing wrong.

if do you have a cosigner is yes i want the rest of form to show.

if it is no i want all questions pertaining to cosigner to hide but rest of form to show.

please help me. not sure why works one time and then conditions dont work.

I checked your form and the show/hide condition is working properly. Here's a screencast of my test:

You just need to switch the Yes or No option on your condition to work perfectly.
