Notification Concerns

    There have been 2 incidents which I have encountered with JotForm that I am greatly concerned with:

    01. I did not any receive any email notification. However, I was able to retrieve the submission when I logged in to JotForm

    02. I received an email notification. However, the submission was nowhere to be found when I logged in to JotForm

    Apart from the above incidents, the whole notification process seems to be working fine (I received the notification email and I was able to download the corresponding submission)...As Far As I Know.

    There are doubts in my mind as to whether JotForm is forwarding all the leads who have submitted a request. Would request feedbacks before I consider any alternatives to JotForm.

    Can you please link us to the form you have had these issues with and we will look into this?

    We have over a million users, and although some users do occasionally suffer from email notification issues where we as a dependent on the remote email host as much as our own systems; we do get the vast majority if not all of these types of problems satisfactorily resolved.
